HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY GARMENT?

OUR GARMENTS ARE MADE TO LAST BUT WE HAVE SOME ADVICE IF YOU WANT TO GET LONGEVITY OUT OF YOUR GARMENT.

  1. DRY CLEAN YOUR GARMENT.

  2. IF YOU CAN’T TAKE IT TO THE DRY CLEANERS, HAND WASH YOUR GARMENT WITH COLD WATER AND USE A MILD DETERGENT AND HANG DRY INDOORS.

  3. IF YOU CAN’T HAND WASH YOUR GARMENT, MACHINE WASH ON DELICATE WITH COLD WATER AND A MILD DETERGENT. HANG DRY INDOORS.

  4. MACHINE WASH ON DELICATE WITH COLD WATER AND A MILD DETERGENT. MACHINE DRY ON DELICATE.

EACH ONE OF THESE TECHNIQUES WILL ENSURE THE LONGEVITY OF YOUR GARMENT.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 1-3 WEEKS TO SHIP. PLEASE SEE OUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR FURTHER DETAILS ABOUT SHIPPING.  ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND THEN HAND INSPECTED TO ENSURE QUALITY.

WHAT IF USPS MARKS PACKAGE AS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ITEM?

WE UNDERSTAND THAT ITEMS GET LOST OR STOLEN. ALL ITEMS ARE INSURED AND IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN STOLEN OR LOST, PLEASE EMAIL US VNTG.LA.CS@GMAIL.COM WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER. WE WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS ON YOUR BEHALF. WE WILL REFUND YOU OR REPLACE ITEM ONCE CLAIM IS ACCEPTED AND PROCESSED BY USPS.
